Boulder Creek Homes is a family-run business with several decades of combined experience. Our founder began building in Northwest Arkansas more than 25 years ago, with the current generation in the area for nearly 10 years after building in Denver, Colorado. We love building and living in Northwest Arkansas, and we want our homes to reflect the needs and dreams of the area's residents. We take pride in building at the highest level of quality with creative floor plans and strong attention to detail. You will find our homes in some of NWA’s finest subdivisions such as Oxford Ridge, Woods Creek, & Otter Creek. Finally, we pay special attention to energy efficiency. We are Certified Green Builders and have built several homes that have been certified under the EnergyStar program.
At this time, Boulder Creek Homes is not building or contracting any custom or presold homes. Boulder Creek Homes is building spec homes only. When homes are near complete, they will be listed on the MLS and all information pertaining to the home will be available at that time. Unfortunately, due to the continued changes and challenges with home building we are unable to answer questions about a particular home until the home is listed on the MLS.
