What is the annual cost of Scissortail’s Property Owner’s Association?

POA dues will be $1200 per year. First payment is due at time of lot/home purchase and will be prorated based on month of closing. Dues will be assessed annually in January thereafter.

When will Southgate Road be completed?
Southgate Road will be completed in 2018.
What is Scissortail’s school district?
Scissortail is within the Bentonville School District. As of Fall 2016, Scissortail is zoned for Central Park Elementary School (K-4th), Bright Field Middle School (5th-6th), Fulbright Junior High School (7th-8th), and Bentonville West High School (9th-12th). Furthermore, the Bentonville School District recently purchased land on the south side of W. Pleasant Grove Road and has future plans to build additional schools within walking distance of Scissortail.
