What is the best way to check lot availability and purchase a lot?

Phase 1 lots are SOLD OUT. Phase 2 lots are AVAILABLE NOW, and Phase 3 lots are AVAILABLE NOW. Contact one of our exclusive builders to purchase your preferred lot.

How many lots are available for purchase in phase two?

What is the annual cost of Scissortail’s Property Owner’s Association?

POA dues will be $1200 per year. First payment is due at time of lot/home purchase and will be prorated based on month of closing. Dues will be assessed annually in January thereafter.
A $500 Lot Capital Fee charged at closing  to the buyer for first time initial lot buyers and/or first time home purchases from builders. A $150 Lot Transfer Fee is charged at closing to the buyer for every lot and/or home transfer.

 

What is Scissortail’s school district?

Scissortail is within the Bentonville School District. As of Spring 2022, Scissortail is zoned for Evening Star Elementary School (K-4th), Bright Field Middle School (5th-6th), Grimsley Junior High School (7th-8th), and Bentonville West High School (9th-12th).
