Northwest Arkansas

Lifestyle

Great schools, economic opportunities, and low cost of living draw more and more families to make their home in Northwest Arkansas. National publications routinely rank NWA among the best places to live in the U.S. Within this area are some of the most vibrant cities and downtowns, including Rogers, Bentonville, Fayetteville, Siloam Springs, Huntsville, Eureka Springs, Springdale, and Bella Vista. Scissortail is nestled in the middle of this highly recommended district. Natural beauty, sports, arts, recreation, shopping, and family fun…it’s all here in Northwest Arkansas. From our new luxury residential development, you’re no more than 30 minutes from a Razorback game, extraordinary theater and symphonies, lush wildlife, and busy convention centers.

Scissortail is a thoughtfully planned community because of the quality homes that are being built in a convenient location. The resort-style pools, gorgeous clubhouse, playground and fitness center are amenities we enjoy. We appreciate a safe, gated neighborhood where we can relax while surrounded by beautifully landscaped green spaces. Getting to know our neighbors at community events at the clubhouse are a way to build new friendships. We are extremely happy with our new home in Scissortail.
